Jennifer Narkiewicz

JennJennifer graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2007 and is the founder of Welcome Relief. Jennifer started Welcome Relief to provide something different in massage therapy— a studio designed to help people overcome chronic pain. Her extensive knowledge of Swedish and deep tissue techniques have helped her clients for years, and she is also an Young Living Essential Oils distributor.

 

Nicholas Peer

Nick has been a massage therapist since 2009. He’s a specialist in Swedish massage, especially 90 minutes, but also does deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and relaxation massages. Nick can also perform myofascial release, reflexology, craniosacral therapy and energy work.

Alison Gerardi

AlisonAlison graduated with honors in social work from Siena College in 2007. She was inducted into Phi Alpha, the academic fraternity, for social workers. In 2010, she entered the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy where she graduated at the top of her class. During her program, she discovered that she enjoyed the medical and sports massages the most. Since graduating, she has taken several continuing education classes to further her skills in sports massage therapy.

In addition to massage therapy, Alison has earned her personal training certification in corrective exercise as well as her specialization in sports injuries. Altogether, she will be able to tailor your treatment plan to your specific needs.

As a member of the Welcome Relief team, her desire is to assist you in achieving your fitness goals, to help you prevent and/or recover from injuries, to help you manage and relieve chronic pain conditions, and to help you reach your optimal performance through corrective exercise and massage.
